Choose the form of delivery:
- Door-to-door delivery: Ha Phong - ERITO will coordinate with reputable shipping units to deliver goods to the customer's address and organize installation, handover, and technology transfer (if any).
- Direct delivery at the office: Customers can come directly to the company's address to receive the goods.
- Delivery according to COD agreement: If the order is agreed to be delivered and collected upon receipt, the staff will arrange delivery according to a specific appointment with the customer.
Shipping process:
- Safe packaging: Each order will be carefully packaged, ensuring protection of the product from impact and external impact during transportation.
- Delivery and transportation assignment: After packaging, the goods will be transferred to the shipping unit or the internal delivery/installation department of Ha Phong - ERITO.
- Tracking and updating information: If customers need to update information about the order status, please contact the hotline or the sales staff directly to support the order.
Receive goods and confirm delivery:
- When the goods arrive, please check the product immediately upon receipt to ensure there is no damage or defect. In case of installation and technology handover, the Customer will organize acceptance and receive detailed operating instructions.
- After completing the delivery, the Customer signs the delivery receipt to complete the procedure.
- Activate the electronic warranty immediately after signing the delivery receipt.
