Warranty Policy

Scope of application: The warranty policy applies to all products sold or distributed by Ha Phong - ERITO, according to the information and conditions stated on the Sales Contract/Warehouse Delivery Note and Electronic Warranty.

Warranty period:

  • Each product will have a specific warranty period clearly stated in the Contract/Warehouse Delivery Note (usually from 03 months to 24 months or depending on the product type).
  • The warranty period starts from the date of signing the handover minutes and is activated electronic warranty for each product.

Warranty process:

  • Receiving warranty requests: i) Customers please contact the customer service department via hotline 0912 847 848 or email: thietbihaphong@gmail.com or on the warranty stamp to report the error and register for warranty. ii) Information to be provided includes: detailed description of the error, product image or video (if available).
  • Receiving information, contacting, checking and confirming the error: i) After receiving the request, the technical/warranty department will check the product status and determine the cause of the error. ii) If the error is due to manufacturing or not due to improper use, the product will be warranted for free. iii) If the error is caused by the customer (incorrect use, unsafe power source, etc.), the technical/warranty department will guide the handling or agree to support if possible or agree on a repair/replacement plan.

Warranty implementation: Repair, replace components or renew the product according to the specified warranty policy. 

Warranty application conditions:

  • The product must be used in accordance with the instructions and regulations of Ha Phong.
  • The product must be within the warranty period.
  • The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, power sources, impacts, improper use, unauthorized repairs or changes to the product structure without the consent of the supplier.

Customer rights and obligations:

  • Benefits: i) Receive and process warranty requests quickly, transparently and professionally. ii) Receive specific instructions on the process, time and appropriate warranty plan.
  • Obligations: i) Support us with images, videos or specific information so that the warranty process can take place smoothly. ii) Strictly comply with the conditions of use and product preservation according to the manufacturer's instructions.
